Coco Martin also admits he has always wanted to work with Maine Mendoza on a project.
With the release last week of the full trailer for his 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles, Coco Martin admitted he is getting more and more excited for his fans to catch the film this Christmas. At nakakatuwa kasi akala ko sa pangarap lang na nagkatotoo,” he shared during the ABS-CBN Christmas trade event held last November 27 in Pasay City.
Coco said it is also a dream come true for him to be able to do a project with “bossing” Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza who are his co-stars in the film.
After smoothing things over with the PNP over issues of how police are portrayed on his hit primetime series Ang Probinsyano, Coco explained it was just one big misunderstanding on both ends. “Seryosong usapan kasi yun. Pero nagkausap, nagkapaliwanagan, nagkaintindihan naman,” he said.
With his recent meeting in Camp Crame with PNP chief Oscar Albayalde, Coco said he is thankful that things have worked out for the best. Ramdam mo mapagkumbaba siya and pinaliwanag nila yung side nila at naintindihan namin yun. Pinaliwanag din namin yung side namin. Tapos nag-breakfast. Maganda yung kinalabasan,” he added.
