JM De Guzman says he wants to do a movie with Barbie Imperial

After working with Rhian Ramos on the romantic drama Kung Paano Siya Nawala, JM De Guzman said he was inspired by his leading lady’s high spirits. “She’s a very strong independent woman.” The two were not only able to work with each other as co-actors but as producers as well for the TBA Studios project. “Nakaka-inspire the way she works, kung paano niya nili-live yung buhay niya and siyempre, nakatulong din yun sa amin. Siguro subliminal na lang yung, ‘Uy parehas tayong nadapa pero bumabangon,” he shared. JM said he is hoping to get the chance to work again hopefully this time on a big screen project with his Araw Gabi co-star and rumored real-life leading lady Barbie Imperial. “Sana po. May mga naririnig ako na mga fans na gusto nga mag-produce, if ever. Sana nga,” he admitted. JM said that even when they are not in the same country, he and Barbie always try to keep in touch. “We’re really good friends ngayon. Lagi kaming nagkukumustahan lalo na nung nasa Bali siya. Wala lang, pinapakita lang nila yung mga ginagawa nila dun like nag-swi-swing sila sa sobrang lalim na bangin. Nakakatuwa lang. Gusto ko nga sana sumunod sa kanila eh kaso undas nun nagtratrabaho ako eh. Buong linggo kailangan kumayod (laughs),” he added.
