<p>After going through several failed relationships in the past, KC Concepcion seems to have found her true love in her French boyfriend, Pierre-Emmanuel Plassart, at long last. </p><p>This is what KC shared through an Instagram post from the couple’s Pilates session recently, wherein the 33-year-old star mused on how her supportive beau brings out the best in her. “This guy has seen me through my best and my worst and loves me just the same. In a world full of shade, bashing and opinions, thank you for the unconditional love!
