UPDATED - For their first anniversary as husband and wife, wedding videographer Jason Magbanua released the full version of Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff’s wedding ceremony on Youtube earlier on Monday, November 12.
The 28-minute clip captured the highlights of the star-studded nuptials–from the bridesmaids and groomsmen walking down the aisle to the married couple exchanging their vows.
Tears flowed all throughout the ceremony, especially during the part wherein Anne and Erwan delivered their vows. “You taught and made me believe in magic again. You took what was broken, and all of its craziness, and made it whole again,” uttered the actress in between tears.
On the other hand, Erwan, who admittedly isn’t fond of getting sentimental in front of his family and friends, was shockingly a natural poet. “You’ve asked me countless of times why I love you. You curl up towards me, looking up at me, expecting the perfect answer. But, I could never truly explain it to you. Reducing all my emotions to a few cliff notes isn’t possible.”
The Heussaffs tied the knot in the picturesque town of Queenstown, New Zealand this time last year. Among the fashionable guests were It Girls Solenn Heussaff, Georgina Wilson, Isabelle Daza; Showtime hosts Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Teddy Corpus, and Jugs Jugueta; and close friends Luis Manzano, Jessy Mendiola, Kim Atienza, and Angel Locsin.
Meanwhile, both Anne and Erwan took to Instagram to greet each other this special day. “Happy [First] Anniversary Mon amour. Always grateful for you and all the love you have to give. You are my little piece of heaven here on earth. Je t'aime,” addressed the “Buybust” star to her husband.
As for Erwan, everything has changed in their lives since becoming husband and wife, but not with their love for each other. “The one constant I keep is to make sure that you will always be this happy with us. No matter what happens around us or where we are in life, we will eventually be smiling through it. That smile can stop time for me. A giggle that towers above all else, puts everything in perspective and reminds me to not take everything so seriously.
“We are nowhere near the mid point of our story, but I don't think we have penned a particular destination or ending in mind. Instead of walking to something, we are happy roaming side by side, content, wandering towards the unknown, just loving life with each other,” wrote the Fil-French restaurateur.
