Sunshine Cruz’s marriage with Cesar Montano was recently annulled last September and the latter finally broke his silence about the issue through Dolly Anne Carvajal’s column in the <a href='https://entertainment.inquirer.net/297349/cesar-montano-breaks-silence-annulment-marriage?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1538851529'>Philippine Daily Inquirer</a>. “It's best not to say anything to the press.
