Cesar Montano says it’s best not to talk to the press about their annulled marriage.
Sunshine Cruz’s marriage with Cesar Montano was recently annulled last September and the latter finally broke his silence about the issue through Dolly Anne Carvajal’s column in the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
“It's best not to say anything to the press. Less talk, less mistake," Cesar said.
“I believe God allows everything to happen for a purpose. Marriage is one of the most expensive schools of highest learning in life. But more valuable than money is time. God didn’t let me get out of it without learning something. God is good, all glory to Him," he added.
His sentiments reached Sunshine and the latter directed her reaction on the matter to Dolly Anne.
“Since you've always been defensive, vocal and a proud BFF of my EX, I've said it before and I'll say it again. Given that you Ms. Dolly Anne Carvajal have gone through an annulment as well, you will NEVER be able to compare your experiences from mine," Sunshine wrote on Facebook.
“I don't know if you would recall when I sent you a text message few years ago stating that I don't expect sympathy coming from you. I just simply reminded you that you are a mother and a woman as well," she added.
Sunshine and Cesar were married in 2000 and they have three daughters: Angelina Isabelle, Angel Francheska, and Samantha Angeline.
