American singer Sara Bareilles expresses excitement over Manila run of Broadway musical 'Waitress'

With the international premiere of the highly-acclaimed musical Waitress officially commencing its run in just less than a month, Sara Bareilles - who takes on the role of Jenna Hunterson in the original Broadway version of the musical - shared on social media her excitement over its forthcoming Manila run. "This makes me sooooooo happy!!! Philippecan pie!! (Too much?) Also joining Ampil are Bituin Escalante and Maronne Cruz who will play Becky and Dawn, respectively. Waitress follows the story of Jenna, a pie maker who finds her way out of her cold marriage with the help of her friends Becky and Dawn.Waitress is set to open on November 9, 2018 at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium of the RCBC Plaza.
