This LizQuen photo on Instagram is now the most liked in the Philippines

Just few days ago, a LizQuen photo from the ABS-CBN Ball was hailed as the 2nd most liked Instagram photo in the country, following Anne Curtis' wedding photo, which was holding the record for first place.
