He’s been here now, he has made new friends. He’s enjoying,” sabi pa niya.</p><p>Natutuwa din daw ang aktor na bilang isang ama, nagagampanan niya ang kanyang tungkulin sa kanyang anak, tulad ng pagsubaybay sa mga kaganapan nito sa pang araw-araw na buhay. </p><p>“I’m doing something right, he turned 15 with me here. He just had basketball try out, but unfortunately hindi siya nakapasok sa try out so he’s very sad about that,” pahayag pa ng aktor.</p><p>Bukod sa kanyang partnership sa KYZOZ foundation, isang pelikula ang ginagawa ni Derek kasama ang aktres na si Jessy Mendiola.</p>
