<p>Blood is thicker than water, so they say and Barretto sisters Julia and Dani proved just that when they rallied behind younger sister Claudia who expressed her feelings of sadness on social media after going through a mentally challenging month.</p><p>Claudia, who seems to have experienced a disheartening moment in her life, expressed the importance of hearing out the advice of the people who care about us.</p><p>"It’s been a real tough month for me mentally, and I just want to offer some words of advice to those who need to hear it. Do not limit yourself to the noise inside your head, there are so much people around you that are trying to let you know how much they care.
