Former Miss Chinatown and singer Shirley Vy and businessman Kevin Wong's wedding is without a doubt one of the most lavish weddings in town last weekend. The couple made headlines as their union on Sunday, October 14, became reminiscent of the grand wedding scene in the hit movie "Crazy Rich Asians."

Shirley walked down the aisle in a custom-made Elie Saab wedding gown, which according to PEP costs around $7,500 to $27,000 or (Php 375,000 to Php 1,350,000). Meanwhile Kevin wore a suit from Dior.

The wedding ceremony was held at the National Shrine of Saint Jude in Manila, which was decorated with extravagant fresh flowers. The glamour continued at the reception held at Solaire Resort and Casino. The couple's wedding cake stood 11-feet tall. There was a LED Wall, which used 580 panels of LED. Also, the couple flew in international band Boyce Avenue to sing for their guests at the reception. Some of the songs the band performed were "Unchained Melody" and "Say You Won't Let Go."
