“Konting nerbyos but I’m more excited, because I know that I prepared a lot of things here and when I’m there na, I just relax, do my things and talk to many people na,” sabi ng 2018 Binibining Pilipinas International.
CROWN & CORE Quezon is where my core belongs. That is why I always have a jumping heart and ecstatic soul whenever I go home. Nothing beats and compares to the feeling of going home to where everyone loves and accepts you as you are. I went home for the Grand Parade of the festival that is very close to my heart not just because of the fact that it's one of the most-celebrated festival in our home but because it was the same festival that gave me my first crown - The Niyogyugan Festival. More than 3 months ago, I went back to Quezon as your newly-crowned Miss International Philippines to bring the feeling of win you all deserve, Quezonians. Yesterday, the warmth of love and acceptance I felt even in the cold rainy day made me feel like I won all over again. On that note, I have to thank the people who made this event possible: On top of my thank you list is Bb. Pilipinas Charities, thank you for allowing me to go home and wave my hand to my people. To the Provincial Government of the Quezon for inviting me to once again parade for all of the Quezonians. I will always have a grateful heart for you. To all the Quezonians, thank you for always believing in me. Thank you for always praying for me. I know, I am not alone in this journey because I have the whole Quezon and Philippines with me on our quest for our 7th Miss International Crown. Always remember that whatever I do, it's all for you. Maraming salamat mahal kong Quezon Province ❤️
“Always be on time! Because the Japanese, they’re really specific sa time, so that’s one thing they told me just be on time always,” sabi pa niya.
“My national costume is inspired by the Subanon tribe from Mindanao, it’s by Amir Sali. And my evening gown is by Micheal Cinco, he told me not to share anything (about it) but it would be bongga,” masayang pahayag pa ni Ahtisa.
