Janica Nam Floresca took a trip down memory lane and reminisced the great moments she shared with her late boyfriend and Hashtag member Franco Hernandez by posting a video on Monday, January 1. The video contained snapshots of their trips and clips of them together.
Janica wrote a heartfelt caption for the video and remarked that the year she spent with Franco was the best year she ever had. "We dated for a year dreaming of good future together. I kept on reminiscing the memories I had with you. These pictures were captured simply a glimpse and a second but my heart captured everything just like a film recorder," she wrote.
Janica revealed that Franco was supposed to propose to her in 2019. "When I was a little girl, I always dream of my Prince Charming, that I will walk down the aisle and start the best love story anybody could hope to have. We were almost there love, just 2 more years. One of your bestfriends told me about your plan for us, that you will propose to me on April 2019 maybe you chose that month because of our same birthday month," she said.
Knowing it will not happen anymore, Janica admitted that it pains her saying, "It hurts me, it kills me 'cause I know it will not happen anymore. I know we cannot fulfill our dreams together anymore.”
She ended her message by saying that Franco will always be in her heart. "Even if we are not together physically, but our souls are forever connected to each other. You will always be just a heartbeat away. I'll always love you my love in heaven," she stated.
Franco died in a drowning incident in Davao Occidental on November 11 last year.
