Anna Luna admitted it was an unforgettable experience getting to play both straight and gay versions of the same character in Changing Partners. The theater actress said she also learned a valuable lesson about love in the film which opens nationwide starting January 31. Unahin mo yung sarili mo,” she told PUSH.
Unlike her onscreen character Cris who is still looking for the perfect relationship, Anna has been with her non-showbiz boyfriend since senior high school. They have decided to talk about marriage when he starts working after finish flying school. But the secret to their relationship is not that complicated. Work out natin ito,” she said.
When her boyfriend saw Changing Partners, Anna admitted she did not expect his reaction.
As part of the original stage play cast of Changing Partners, Anna considered it a blessing that the movie will be seen by an even bigger audience with its mainstream theatrical release. “Kakaumpisa pa lang ng taon at hindi ko na alam kung nangyayari ba talaga ito so nagpapasalamat ako kay Lord na ganito ang start ng taon ko,” she said.
