Angel Locsin appreciates Kathniel’s show of gratitude in ‘La Luna Sangre’

Angel Locsin was elated to be reunited with Richard Gutierrez in <a href='http://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/lalunasangre/main/'>La Luna Sangre</a>. The actress is back in the series after she starred in the pilot week. This time she is playing the role of political strategist Jacintha Magsaysay. Her return to the series also got Richard-Angel (ChardGels) supporters excited.“Hindi ko akailan na buhay na buhay pa pala ang dugo ng ChardGels. Ako I am very happy na nagkaroon ako ng chance ulit kay Chard. Actually isa ‘yun sa mga dahilan kung bakit din ako napapayag dito kasi for Chard din naman,” she said in an interview at the La Luna Sangre presscon. She added that she also agreed to come back in the series because of the kind-heartedness of its main stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. “Natuwa ako kasi marunong silang magpasalamat nong pilot. Hindi ko inaasahan kasi na magtha-thank you sila sa akin so natuwa ako sa kanila. In fairness sa mga bagets na ‘to marunong magpasalamat. Alam nila ‘yung mga taong tumutulong sa show nila kaya suporta ako sa mga ganon,” she said. During the press conference, La Luna Sangre’s Creative Manager Henry King Quitain revealed that Angel is actually playing a main character in the show.“Gusto ko lang klaruhin hindi siya guest ng show. She is a main character of the show. Katulad po ng sinabi ko kanina ginawa po ang kwento na kasama ang pagbabalik niya, kasama ang pagdating niya sa show so tsaka ang La Luna ay kwento po nilang lahat na kahit na si Joross Gamboa lang ‘yan, maliit na role. Kwento po nilang lahat itong La Luna Sangre,” Mr. Quitain remarked.He added, “So I won’t consider her as a support to just the love team, of course this is a KathNiel, parang na-ano natin na KathNiel teleserye at hindi naman po natin tatanggalin ‘yun sa kanila at sila naman po talaga ‘to kaya lang now Angel is part, Angel, Richard, the KathNiel, kahit sina Tony Labrusca, Joross Gamboa, lahat po sila kuwento po nila itong La Luna Sangre.”
