Bailey May, Ylona Garcia, AC Bonifacio and GirlTrend's Jane de Leon will be heading to Los Angeles, California as the official representatives of the Philippines for the boot camp created by world-class producer Simon Fuller. The four Star Magic artists will compete against other representatives from different countries at the boot camp for a chance to make it to the global pop group ‘Now United’ - a group of eleven talented people who will perform around the world.
At the boot camp, the four Kapamilya stars will undergo dance and vocal workshops, as well as media trainings. They will also be taught how to style themselves.
"I’m pumped, I'm getting my mental state prepared for this for this awesome opportunity. I have the right mindset. I am looking forward to show people what I have and show my talent," Bailey said in an interview with Push.
Meanwhile, AC shared that she wants to improve her vocals through the boot camp. "I am looking forward to the singing boot camp because I want to improve since I am really not a singer. I also want to improve my dancing there because it is different from here and Canada so it's like to learn dancing there and singing,” she said.
The representatives of the Philippines dedicate their US journey to the Philippines and to their supporters.
“Please guys support us. This is for all of you. We're gonna do our best there. For the Philippines and for Star Magic, laban!" GirlTrend Jane said.
The four Star Magic artists will fly to the US on Saturday, August 25, 2017.
