Ogie Alcasid on dealing with hateful tweets: “When someone curses you, you bless them.”

Opinions are opinions but parang may galit sa pagti-tweet niya. So instead of dagdagan pa, I always say God bless you. Because it’s written, di ba? When someone curses you, you bless them. When someone blesses you, bless them.”

Dagdag pa ni Ogie, “So this was one person who was cursing me. And I just blessed him And the magic began after I did that because then, he kept on going and going. So lagi kong sinasabi na should I engaged this person? Okay I will, cause I always believed hurt people hurt people. Here’s one person who’s obviously going through something and he’s obviously taking it out on me. So I tried to give him my opinion about the matter and tried to probably change his opinion and then in the end, he said sorry.”
