Alden Richards shares his top tips on how to be a true “bae”

As one of the country’s busiest celebrities, Vida SnowCaps endorser Alden Richards said he is not one to follow trends especially when it comes to exercise, fashion, and even skin care. The 25-year-old personality shared with PUSH his top pogi tips which helped earned him the status of being a true “pambansang bae.”1. When it comes to dieting, Alden does not believe you have to starve or deprive yourself to look good. Moderation is his secret.“Yung exercise routine ko everyday medyo iba na siya to the conventional kasi I’ve had my trainer for five years now. You work out regularly. I do my workouts [during] mornings and then yung diet kasi is moderation talaga. Hindi yan yung magkakamote, hindi yung brown rice, ganun ganun. It’s really about moderation. Kumbaga yung existing food measures mo, if you’re big you have to cut it down. Kasi if excessive yung intake minsan tapos yung metabolism not that fast, dun ka nag-ge-gain eh. Exercise regularly talaga. That’s number one. Tapos it’s good for the heart, good for the mind para makapag-isip ka ng diretso. And magawa mo yung mga bagay na kailangan mo gawin. Kasi yung exercise naman hindi lang yan for the physical it’s also for mental relaxation. Dun ko nakikita yung workouts ko everyday.2. When it comes to his personal style on and off camera, Alden says he is definitely not a slave to fashion and that he prefers the more classic look.“I still go for comfort. Nananalo pa rin yung comfort and safe. Huwag masyado mapag-(experiment). Depende kasi sa tao yan kapag yung you’re really out to being eccentric when it comes to styles. May binabagayan kasi siya but ako kasi, dun lang ako sa safe lang all the time. Although medyo lately nahilig talaga ako sa sapatos eh. Sobrang naging fan ako ng mga sneakers and shoes.”3. Alden says being flawless can be achieved with the right habits and skin care.“One of my routines is to take SnowCaps. Aside from that is to exercise and eat right.
