Jona Soquite also denies that her parents do not get along with each other.
On Tonight with Boy Abunda, Jona Soquite shared her happiness and even her disbelief that she was named the Grand Winner of the Voice Teens.
The 14-year old also had nothing but gratitude for her coach, Sarah Geronimo. Kailangan kong maging versatile.”
The other pillar to her success is her father.
The youngster also clarified that her father did not collapse when she won.
She also discounted rumors that her parents are not on good terms, adding that they were both present during the finals to support her. “May mga kapatid po kasi ako na below seven years old na hindi po pwedeng pumasok sa studio.”
The future looks bright for Jona who’s one step closer to reaching her ultimate goal.
Like her Coach Sarah, she would like to be a great singer and an actor, saying, “Gusto ko pong maging total performer.”
