John Lloyd Cruz to himself: ‘Alam ko kinakabahan ka because being 34 is not easy’

On <a href='http://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/tonightwithboyabunda/main'>Tonight with Boy Abunda</a>, John Lloyd Cruz was asked to describe himself now that he’s reached 20 years in the business. He replied, “I’m still searching.”Last month, Lloydie threw a party to celebrate his 34th birthday and Rogue Magazine dubbed it as the wildest party of the year. Asked about this, Lloydie said, “Yes, malalaya ang mga kaibigan ko, malalaya kami and we do express it through music, art, and good times. Parang yun lang naman ang kailangan mo if you want throw a good party, that's all you need.”Lloydie also faced the host Boy Abunda’s infamous mirror and he told his 14-year-old self, “I think you made the right choice.”Talking to his 34-year old self now, he said, “alam ko kinakabahan ka because being 34 is not easy. Parang ngayon grabe ang mga decisions na you need to make so don't be afraid kasi I think it’s going to be a good ride from here.”He added while facing himself in the mirror, “I just want tell you and the rest of the audience kasi walang nagsasabi sa akin nito, ‘It’s okay if you feel different, you should trust your God because in the end its going to be you, yourself.’”
