Bela Padilla on Zanjoe Marudo: “We are taking things slow”

Bela Padilla commented on rumors linking her to her My Dear Heart co-star Zanjoe Marudo. The actress remarked that they are not rushing anything at the moment.“Parang we are taking things slow, parang ngayon lang po kasi ako napahinga eh so ngayon lang nagsi-sink in sa akin lahat (ng) nangyari sa akin ngayong taong ito. Pero I am very happy that I got to know him in My Dear Heart so let’s see where it goes, I’m not sure yet also,” she said.Bela added that they have been talking even after the soap concluded. “Hindi naman tumigil ‘yung communication after ng show. We still talk,” she said.After My Dear Heart, Bela will headline the movie 100 Tula Para Kay Stella which is a finalist for the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP), a one-week exclusive screening of Filipino films on August 16-22, 2017.“I play Stella. It’s a very tragic love story, parang a new take on parang millennial rom-com.” Bela is elated to participate in PPP. “I mean it is a win-win situation for us actors kasi there are more opportunities for us to do roles we wanna do.”
