Daniel Padilla has no qualms on the possibility of his perennial leading lady Kathryn Bernardo probably shedding some skin on their comeback soap La Luna Sangre.
“Wala, hindi naman ipapakita niyan,” he first joked during the recent blogger’s conference for their soap.
On a serious note, Daniel feels secured that Kathryn is in good hands, should the said skin-baring scenes happen.
“Alam na nila ‘yun. Tsaka ipapakita natin sa wholesome na paraan, na walang bahid ng malisya,” he said.
The youngest Box Office King and Queen are headlining the third installment of the Imortal series as Tristan and Malia, respectively.
Kathryn, who plays the role of part-vampire, part-werewolf Malia, is also curious as to which character she would transform to. Angel Locsin’s transformations in the past installments almost always involved her running “naked” afterwards.
So hindi ko pa alam,” she revealed.
But Kathryn is not dismissing the possibility of having such kinds of scenes.
Basta safe,” she explained.
Meanwhile, their past box office film Can’t Help Falling In Love featured an onscreen kissing scene, which has been the second one for the tandem after Barcelona: A Love Untold.
Will they have a kissing scene on their newest primetime soap?
“Hindi pa nga kami nagkikita sa taping,” he said.
Aside from embarking on their first action and fantasy project together with an all-star cast, what further excites Kathryn and Daniel, collectively known as KathNiel, about La Luna Sangre is the fact that their supporters would have an active part on it.
May experience talaga sila first-hand dito,” he said.
La Luna Sangre starring Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla and Richard Gutierrez will premiere on Monday night, June 19, after FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano in Primetime Bida.
