Busy with work and studies, actress Bela Padilla said that she is still not ready to enter a relationship for now. The actress, who wants to study directing, announced her separation from longtime boyfriend Neil Arce in January.
When asked by reporters after the press conference for My Dear Heart’s finale if she has no time for love, Bela said yes, adding, “Honestly po, talagang literal.
“So kahit mayroong magparamdam or something, hindi talaga pupwede?” one reporter asked.
“Oo, eh. Parang gusto ko munang siguro papahingahin muna ako…” she answered.
Meanwhile, both Bela and co-star Zanjoe Marudo took the rumors linking them together lightly, joking around with each other. In fact, during the press conference, Zanjoe quipped, “Ngayon kasi estado namin, taguan ng feelings,” when asked about Bela.
Bela, likewise, teased Zanjoe in another separate interview after the event, asking him if he would still ask her to hang out after their project.
As the rumors started after they were reportedly seen together on out of town trips, they were asked about a rumored trip to La Union.
When asked about allegedly being seen in Bataan before Holy Week, Zanjoe said, “Nasa Dagupan ako no’n, may show ako.” And, when asked about their alleged Tagaytay trip two weeks ago, Zanjoe said, “Hindi po ‘yan totoo lahat,” before ending the interview.
Earlier in the press conference, Zanjoe said that they are only friends.
“Yung commitment namin dito sa show, kailangan talaga buo, hundred percent.
