Raymond Gutierrez shares how he lost 65 lbs in five months

Ibinahagi ni Mon kung paano niya ginawang magpapayat.  Sinimulan daw niya ito noong December 2016 at ang una niyang ginawa ay mag-exercise. Pero sinamahan niya ito ng diet.

Itinigil niya ang pagkain ng pork at beef. Dagdag pa niya, “I started just having fish and chicken. I also started removing rice, which, I used to love eating rice.” Hininto din niya ang pagkain ng junk food at matatamis.

Tumigil rin siya sa pag-inom ng alak. “I was hungover after a big party. I just felt not like mobile. I was sluggish and bloated. I was very unhappy with myself.” 

Wala ding shortcuts tulad ng liposuction at fat burners ang pagpapapayat ni Mon. 

Ngayon, fitness parties na ang gustong samahan ni Mon kasama sina Anne Curtis, Isabelle Daza, Solenn Heussaff, at Erwan Heussaff. “It kind of rekindled my friendship with Belle, Anne, and Solenn and Erwan because now we actually work out together.”

Payo niya sa mga gustong maging fit. “If it doesn’t start with you, with how bad you want it, nothing will happen.”
