For now, Daniel Padilla is keeping mum about his own business venture.
Kathryn Bernardo excitedly shared that she’s finally putting up her own business—a nail salon.
Fans have been quick to guess that something was in the works for Kathryn as well as for Daniel Padilla.
“Actually excited din ako. Last week lang nag-photo shoot na kami para sa nail salon ni mama,” started Kathryn in an interview during the digital media conference of her upcoming film with Daniel titled Can’t Help Falling In Love.
“Noong una naglalaro-laro lang kami, ang saya saya niyang gawin kasi mahilig ako magpa-nails. So gusto namin ma-experience din ng ibang tao," she said, adding that it will open "very, very soon."
The nail salon is slated to open in a Quezon City mall this coming May.
Daniel playfully revealed at the event that the nail shop would be called “KathNails,” a seeming play on what their supporters are called— the “KathNiels.”
“Tapos si DJ rin, siya rin talaga ‘yun at marami sila,” Kathryn revealed about Daniel’s business venture.
But the sought-after actor opted to keep mum about his next move.
“Sa akin wala pa naman. Pinaplano na. Soon,” he said.
Of late, Daniel has been spotted meeting with a bunch of former and current basketball players including Marc Pingris, James Yap, and former cager-turned-businessman Paul Artadi.
These men have often been seen having meetings for what is called “District 8 Manila.” The nature of their upcoming business venture, however, remains to be unknown.
