Jake Cuenca
“I’m going to Spain in September so I might be in town during Holy Week. Plus that week is right before the Subic triathlon. So if ever I go somewhere I have to go to a place that can accommodate my training. But I want to spend it by praying and be thankful for blessings and repent. But of course aside from that because that’s a given.”

McCoy De Leon
“Nakagawian na namin na nasa bahay lang talaga. Hindi kasi talaga kami umaalis. Siguro para mas family bonding and more time kay God din. Sa amin time din namin yun para hindi magbakasyon kasi Holy Week siya eh, more on kay God dapat yung time mo.”

Karylle
“Every year kasi may panata talaga kami na pupunta kami sa Subic. So yun pa rin ang plano this year. Actually we do a free concert there so if you guys want to watch it’s at the Subic Bay boardwalk on Good Friday.”

Sharlene San Pedro
“Pupunta kaming Our Lady of Manaoag. Lagi naman tuwing Holy Week pag may free time pumupunta kami dun. Actually every year pumupunta kami para mag-pray tapos fasting, ganyan. Ngayong week meron nakong nagawa na time mga 3- 9pm. So 3 pm yung last na kain ko hanggang 9 pm na matutulog na ako. Yun na yung fasting ko. Ayoko mag-pork. Bawal mag-pork. Susundin ko talaga yung no pork. At saka mag-pe-pray ng mag-pe-pray para maalala yung mga ginawa ni God di ba?”

Director Paul Soriano
“My plan is just to spend time with my wife and my son. Probably quiet time at home and with family and to reflect on the blessings where we are today. It’s the time to just enjoy family. What’s great about Holy Week is that you get to be with family, people that you really love and get to rest. Sometimes doing nothing is exactly what we need.”

Joseph Marco
“Right now since I’m so swamped with work I just want to rest and be with my family and just watch DVDs, eat, bake, and that’s it for me.”

Lorna Tolentino
“I’m going to Bohol. A friend of mine invited us to Escaya.”

Mikee Cojuangco
“Punta siguro kami ng Tarlac and spend Holy Week there. Usually that’s what we do. We keep it quiet usually (laughs).”

Grae Fernandez
“Gusto ko pumuntang Baguio kasi sobrang init na dahil summer kasama family ko siyempre.”

Khalil Ramos
“Always with family in a place they’ve never been before, maybe out of the country. Just relaxing and spending time with them and spend time with Lord. I believe that silence and meditation and just having a good time in a way is connecting with our God.”

Ethan Salvador
“Siyempre I’d want to spend it with my mom. Usually I’ll just stay home yun lang (laughs). I’m pretty new to Holy Week kasi I just moved here last week from the States so I didn’t really know.”

Christian Bautista
“I would like to try to surf again so if ever that will be my third beginner’s course kasi nag-dalawang beginner’s course na ako sa La Union and this time mag-be-beginner’s course ulit ako. Hopefully by this time kaya ko na on my own.”

Kiko Estrada
“I have a beach with my family. That’s my getaway. I love my family so I’d rather go to a beach with my whole family and drink a lot of beer. But this year I can’t because I have a lot of work. I have Mulawin and I’m doing another movie so it’s all gym and work this summer.”

Mara Lopez
“Basta walang work I’ll be in the ocean surfing pero kung may work of course yun.”

Derrick Monasterio
“I’m going to visit Indonesia for the first time with my family for a vacation. Actually wala pa kaming itinerary kasi I’m the type of person na parang happy-go-lucky. I want to plan it when I get there para spontaneous hindi yung parang may plano talaga. Five days lang kami dun. Usually we just stay in the house. We pray and go to different churches and do stations of the cross. Usually ganun lang. This is the first time that we’re going to go out of the country. ”

Devon Seron
“Hopefully I’ll get to spend it in Cebu with my family there. Kasi tradition naman namin pag Holy Week kasi with family lang talaga and mag-vi-vist kami sa mga relatives.”
