Kathryn Bernardo was one of the actresses that netizens have been talking about as someone who could play the iconic Filipino heroine Darna.
After that announcement, netizens took it upon themselves to come up with potential stars who could take on the role. Among them were Sarah Geronimo, Maja Salvador, Kathryn, and Liza Soberano, to name a few.
Kathryn, during the press conference of her upcoming film with perennial partner Daniel Padilla titled Can’t Help Falling In Love, reiterated that she has a different priority as of the moment.
Basta, thank you kung maisip nila. I appreciate," she said.
La Luna Sangre is Kathryn and Daniel’s upcoming fantasy-romance-action soap, which happens to be the third installment of the hit fantaseryes Lobo and Imortal.
Angel, who was in Lobo and Imortal, will be part of Kathryn and Daniel’s fourth soap together.
“Noong nalaman ko 'yon, sobrang natuwa ako kasi parang may blessing nila. Sila ang original talaga. 'Yung pilot sila ang gagawa,” Kathryn confirmed.
She likewise shared that Angel would be doing some fight scenes for their soap.
Daniel, for his part, also expressed his gratitude not only to Angel but also towards John Lloyd Cruz.
Mae Cruz-Alviar’s Can’t Help Falling In Love starring Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, together with Kristel Fulgar, Matteo Guidicelli and Janus del Prado, among others, will be hitting the theaters on April 15.
