Talent manager Cornelia Lee, popularly known as Tita Angge, has passed away a year after her attack which resulted in a coma. She was 70.
According to an interview by ABS-CBN News with her daughter Imelda, Tita Angge passed away at 9:20 pm in their Antipolo home.
Her wake will be held at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina.
Last March 2016, actress Sylvia Sanchez and ABS-CBN News reporter MJ Felipe said that she was in a “critical condition.” Tita Angge complained of chest pains while watching a movie in San Juan and was rushed to the hospital March of last year.
Before becoming a talent manager, she used to be a big fan of showbiz personalities and later on became a president of the fans clubs of Fernando Poe Jr. and Susan Roces, Rosemarie Sonora and Ricky Belmonte, and Nora Aunor with Edgar Mortiz.
Tita Annge was also appeared in the films “Way Out in the Country,” “May Tampuhan Pa-minsan-minsan,” “Sitting in the Park,” “Pogi,” “Joaquin,” “Petrang Paminta,” “Servillano Zapata,” “Wrong to Be Born,” among others.
