EXCLUSIVE: Loisa Andalio admits she is scared about reviving Sharon Cuneta’s ‘High School Life’

Kasi ‘di ba ang nag-revive lang ng kanta niya si Kathryn [Bernardo] and si Janella [Salvador],” she said in disbelief.Apparently, Loisa was not aware that the Megastar previously expressed her disapproval of those who are reviving her songs, particularly the ones that she recorded at the onset of her career.“Hindi ko alam, takot ako. Ano kayang sasabihin niya?” she asked.The <a href='http://MyDearHeart.abs-cbn.com'>My Dear Heart</a> star apparently has a plan on how she could break the ice between her and the seasoned star.“Gusto ko nga siyang bigyan ng flowers para magpakilala lang ako na ‘Hi ako po si Loisa Andalio and ‘yun nga na ni-revive ko ang kanta niya,’” shared Loisa.Although she’s not aware of the Megastar’s concern, Loisa was familiar with how special “Dear Heart” was for Sharon.“Ang alam ko nga espesyal sa kanya ang ‘Dear Heart’ dahil nung kinanta nya ‘yun nalaman niyang pinagbubuntis niya si Ate KC [Concepcion]. Kaya importante ‘yun sa kanya,” she recalled.She continued, “Ginalingan ko naman. Binigay ko naman ang best ko sa pag-record ng kanta.”According to Loisa, the offer to revive the song came to her unexpectedly.“Itong single na ito binigyan nila ako na sobrang biglaan lang. ‘Loisa may ganito ah, may single kang gagawin, next week mo na ire-record,’” she said. “Opo tapos may music video na rin tapos sunod-sunod na.
