It girls and best friends Isabelle Daza, Anne Curtis and Solenn Heussaff shared the 5 stages of working out on social media. 

Anne uploaded a short clip of their work out on Instagram and said, “Was supposed to be a regular fitness vid for @isabelledaza online BUT training with @arnoldaninion is NEVER a walk in the park. Hands up if you can relate to this?”

According to them the first stage is the delaying tactics, followed by bargaining, anger, hating your life, and lastly, finishing strong.
