020317-AviSiwa_PUSH.jpgModel Avi Siwa revealed on Instagram that she has been “bullied” by Vina Morales during their last encounter in a bar last December 4 and she’s now filing several cases against her at the prosecutor’s office in Taguig City. She filed libel, slander by deed, grave threats, and Violation of R.A. 7610 or the Anti-Violence against Women and Children (VAWC).

Avi said she decided to sue the singer-actress after the latter failed to convince her through her friends to drop the case and forget what happened. Avi said Vina allegedly humiliated her in front of her friends and said nasty things about her second pregnancy.

“No sorry whatsoever, just a "forget everything & live in peace..." Darling NO, YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY with your drama & aggression again. (…) I was going to say don't complicate your life - but it's too late. With current cases against u - 3 LIBEL cases in Caloocan, Pasig, Nueva Ecija & 2 PERJURY cases in Mandaluyong & Paranaque. Plus the joint custody case & now cases I'm suing you for - you have absolutely messed up your life, CONGRATULATIONS. I pity you [sic],” the former TV host wrote.

In the copy of the complaint and affidavit sent to PEP.ph, Avi narrated what Vina allegedly told her during their encounter.

“Ano ha, tapang-tapang mong buntis ka! Pakita mo tapang mo ngayon!”

Avi said Vina mocked her by comparing Cedric Lee’s financial support to their daughter Ceana to what she and her daughter Zoey has been receiving from Marc Lambert, her ex-boyfriend and the singer’s current beau.

“Bastardo anak mo! At least si Ceana ni-recognize ni Cedric at Malaki suporta… E, sa’yo, 28K lang haha. Kawawa ka!” Avi also stated that Vina called her ‘malandi’ and threatened to hit her.

Their first hearing in court would be on February 14.

As of the moment, Vina has yet to speak up about the issue.
