Rachel Alejandro talks about her decision not to have kids

On <a href='http://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/tonightwithboyabunda/main'>Tonight with Boy Abunda</a>, Rachel Alejadro talked about what she had to do in preparation for the movie Larawan. “One of the hardest things I had to do, I had to take voice lessons to sing in the style of the period. Nawala yung pop style ni Rachel Alejandro, and I had to sing it a lot softer, parang may theatrical style.”Asked for her favorite scene in the movie, Rachel said, “Most memorable is always the walang ilaw scene, kahit sa stage play. Yun ang inaabangan ng lahat kasi ito yung laughing into hysteria into sobbing ni Candida.”Rachel was also asked about the “last life changing decision” she made and she revealed that it is her decision not to have kids. “People ask me ‘bakit?!’ But, I know it’s weird and it’s not normal and everyday and I ask myself am I going to regret it but it's a choice I’ve made. And I guess it would be the most life changing choice. But thankfully may mga pamangkin ako who want to be singers like me. So feeling ko parang sila na rin yung mga anak ko.”
