As Myrtle Sarrosa and Erich Gonzales have become the new calendar girls of two different liquor brands, comparisons between the two Kapamilya stars have sprung up on social media. Myrtle remarked that she has been aware of the comparisons that have been happening online but stressed that she and Erich are sexy in their own ways.“Nakikita ko nga yan eh parang madalas ngayon kino-compare ‘yung dalawang calendars namin but for me naman we are both sexy in our own ways and si ate Erich I really look up to her. Magkasama kaming nagwo-workout sa gym at nag-uusap din kami kaya kung kino-compare kami ng ibang tao, sa amin naman ‘yun pareho kaming masaya and I think both calendars look amazing,” Myrtle said in an interview with PUSH.Myrtle added that she and Erich even supported each other on their respective new endorsements. “Before na-release ‘yung calendar ko kinongratulate na niya ako and ganon din naman ako sa kanya. I also told her na kasi beforehand, hindi ko pa siya nakikita recently, pero sinabihan ko rin siya na excited na akong makita ‘yung calendar niya,” she stated.She also relayed that her calendars had a different theme, redefining sexiness in her own way. “’Yung theme namin for my calendar is more on cosplay so we are trying to redefine that sexy by creating something new. Kasi usually ‘yung calendars it shows off a lot of skin, so ‘yung ginawa namin for the calendar nag-put on kami ng costumes to make it different,” she said.Myrtle extended her gratitude to her coach, who happens to be the coach of Erich as well, for helping her achieve her dream body. “Sobrang galing ng coach namin si coach Bok (Santos) so aside from me, aside from Erich, he also had si Julia Barretto, so lahat ata ngayon na very fit na artist dumadaan sa kanya,” she remarked.
