Born Patrick Simondac, he didn’t expect all of this to happen but he shared in an interview with People that this all started when he was still a high school photographer and realized he could edit the looks using Photoshop.

“It was then that I realized I could Photoshop makeup on to the computer to eliminate blemishes, add blush, contour and shape brows. And that was basically the spark for my interest for makeup.”

- His parents are immigrants

Patrick Starrr is a full-blooded Filipino and his parents, who is a businessman and a nurse, migrated to the US. He is also their eldest son and they wanted him to pursue nursing but he chose his passion and made something out of it. They are very proud of his achievements now.
