After the launch of the book 10 Things We Fight About which he co-wrote with his wife Maricar Reyes, Richard Poon said they are happy with all the good feedback they have been receiving from fans and celebrities alike. As in siguro isang CR mo lang matatapos mo yun,” he shared.

In the book, the couple shared their most common reasons for misunderstandings and how to work through them. After four years of marriage, Richard said he and Maricar are ready to start a family any time, hopefully with a baby boy.

With his wife’s recent appearance in the hit series La Luna Sangre, Richard admitted he was proud of the impact Maricar made on the show even though it was just a short stint.

Richard admitted he was concerned after Maricar sprained her right foot during her initial fight scene with Daniel Padilla on the show. Richard revealed that she continued taping even while injured and she had to wear flat shoes for the rest of her scenes because of the pain. “It’s nice to watch her although it was disturbing for me siguro for ilang weeks mga four or five weeks kasi she got injured. Yun lang, medyo I had to take care of her tapos galing pa siyang Thailand and then na-bruise din siya sa likod so medyo yung iniingatan ko. I’m thinking of La Luna. Pero I’m very fortunate meron akong friends inside the production team. So there are people taking care of her,” he added.
