At the senate hearing last Tuesday, Nora Aunor said director Alvin Yapan is a liar.
Nora Aunor called “Oro
” director Alvin Yapan a liar during the senate committee hearing on Tuesday where he denied that he gave orders to slaughter a dog. “Oro” was one of the film entries during the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Nora told the committee however that the act was already on the script when she was still working on the film. Irma Idlawan, who won Best Actress replaced Nora in the lead role.
Aside from this, Nora also complained about the way she was replaced. According to her, she only learned that she was booted out of the movie from her director friends.
"Kaunting respeto lang po," she said.
" producer Shandii Bacolod said that aside from Nora and director Alvin’s “creative differences,” the reason why they had to replace her was because there was a conflict in the production and actress’ schedule.
