Bea Alonzo divulges risks she took in her life


011017-BeaAlonzoPUSH.jpgOn Tonight with Boy Abunda, A Love to Last star Bea Alonzo admitted she took risks in both her love life and career “in order for me to get to where I am right now.”

Asked in what area in her life she took the most risk in, she said, “lahat siguro sa pagmamahal.” She added, “And also sa career ko I accepted projects na hindi ko alam kung saan ako dadalhin nung panahon na yun. Kahit yung pag-aartista, yung pagpili lang na magaartista ako. Nung panahon na yun, hindi ko alam kung may pupuntahan ba tong ginagawa ko. At hindi naman kami mayaman so talagang nag-aaksaya ako nung panahon na yun ng effort, ng panahon ng pamilya ko, ng pera na dapat nilalagay namin sa ibang bagay.”

Bea said she is very lucky she has her family’s support.

Was there a time Bea opted not to do teleseryes? Bea said, “first love ko talaga ang gumawa ng pelikula pero namimiss ko rin maging parte ng buhay ng bawat pamilyang Filipino every night. Kaya lang talagang nagkakataon na ang natatanggap kong proyekto ay sa pelikula.”

The actress says she is “very, very excited” for her current serye A Love to Last because “kasi itong concept na to talagang malapit siya sa puso ko. You should watch A Love to Last dahil si Andeng ang representative ng pamilyang Filipino.”

On Fast Talk, Bea chose big hands over big feet, “para mas masarap ang holding hands.
