093016-SharonCunetaFanny_PUSH.jpgMegastar Sharon Cuneta recalled how she found out about the stroke of her close friend Fanny Serrano.

According to the veteran actress-singer, she learned about the news from her husband, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, who was informed by Fanny’s assistant. She then contacted Fanny’s phone and was told that Fanny had a stroke.

Sharon took the news so badly while taking to her makeup artist who is Fanny’s sister-in-law about what happened that she threw up. Her husband also rushed to get her water and her medicines as she has high blood pressure.

She then spent the whole night in bed while they were being updated on Fanny’s situation

Saying that she has been praying for Fanny’s recovery, Sharon expressed joy when she saw a picture of Fanny, who seemed to be better, smiling on Facebook.

“I couldn’t be happier. Sabi ko kasi kay Kiko, para akong mawawalan ng isa pang nanay. Kasi halos everyday kami magkasama niyan and talagang sabi ko, ano man ang sabihin mo, hindi ko matatawaran ang pagmamahal at loyalty ni TF (Tita Fanny) sa akin. As a friend? No way,” she said, adding that she only has a small inner circle of friends.

The Megastar also shared that they are planning to celebrate their years of friendship after Fanny recovers. They have been friends for 27 years already.
