Angel Locsin admits one of her ex-boyfriends was unfaithful

093016-AngelLocsin_PUSH.jpgAfter taking a brief hiatus from showbiz this year, Angel Locsin makes her return to the big screen in the new romantic comedy The Third Party with Sam Milby and Zanjoe Marudo. Angel underwent two stages of surgery in Singapore for a disc bulge in her spine. "Yung first operation ko kasi was in December tapos yung isa February. At saka very gentleman yung dalawang boys. Happy set kami. Maalaga sila. Minsan lakas lang mang-asar pero andun naman yung respeto at saka pagiging gentleman nila,” she shared during The Third Party presscon held last September 28 inside the ABS-CBN compound.

Angel said she enjoys working with her two leading men Sam and Zanjoe (who play her ex-boyfriend and his current gay partner respectively). "Actually na-o-O.P. (out of place) na nga ako sa kanila. Ganun sila kagaling. Yung chemistry nila kakaiba. Hindi nila pinag-uusapan. They’re very professional kasi and siguro yung respetong binibigay sa characters andun yun. Oozing with sex appeal talaga silang dalawa. Medyo suwerte nga ako sa set eh,” she admitted.

The movie deals with her character reconnecting with an old flame whom she discovers has entered into a same sex relationship. But Angel said it’s more than just an LGBT movie.

With the film’s intriguing title, the local press asked Angel how she would feel if she was in her character’s situation. "Masakit yun. When asked if she has ever been in a relationship with a third party, the 31-year-old actress gamely answered, "Oo meron pero kung kanino man sa akin na lang yun,” she adds.

Angel also shared her views on love after doing the film. "Napakalawak ng love for me. So yun yung tanong,” she shared.

Currently single, Angel said love is not her top priority at the moment. "Pag dumating, darating dun. Hindi ako naghahanap. Okay ako, happy ako sa nangyayari sa akin,” she said.
