EXCLUSIVE: Arci Munoz admits she would love to play Darna: ‘I would gladly accept”

'I set my priorities well. So like on a Sunday I have <a href='http://ASAP.abs-cbn.com'>ASAP</a> and then storycon and then I’ll be having my gigs at nights. So ayun kung kaya I do it. But if not tapos maaabala yung priority ko then I will choose of course what’s more important. I’ll choose my work,” she explained.The 27-year-old actress said her role as Kapitana in the movie will show get to show her tomboyish side. 'Sana I really hope kasi yung pagkaka-kuwento naman nung character namin ganun eh, na malakas yung personality niya. So feeling ko ganun eh,” she said. Aside from doing action, Arci said she wouldn’t mind if she gets offered to play the role of Pinoy superhero Darna on the big screen. 'I would gladly accept (laughs). Who am I to say no? Oo naman. I’ve always wanted to play a superhero,” she admitted.Out of all the characters she’s dressed up as, Arci said she really enjoyed looking like one of the members of the Suicide Squad and her favorite anime character Sailor Moon. 'I wanted a role like Harley Quinn. She’s my favorite kasi. Kaya kino-cosplay ko siya. Si Sailor Moon din. Ayoko sabihin kung sino next ko i-cosplay. Gusto ko na gawin yung pagko-cosplay. Gusto ko na karirin kasi ngayon eh. Pinapagawa ko (yung costumes). Pero yung Harley Quinn madali lang kasi siya gaiwn kasi naka-shorts. Ngayon gusto ko Sailor Moon. Meron na ako, kumpleto na ako pero konti na lang. Kino-collect ko yung mga wands niya,” she added.The Extra Service actress also said that her love for cats started because of her fascination with Sailor Moon. The beloved Japanese anime also featured guardian cats. 'Kasi nga I love Sailor Moon so much so when I was younger I really wanted a black and white cat tapos papangalanan ko silang Luna at saka Artemis. Ngayon meron na ako. Tapos meron akong black cat and white na persian na super fluffy naman niya. The other one I have to put her sa condo tapos the other one is in my parent’s house. Kasi nag-aaway sila. Mahilig talaga ako sa cats eh. Nung bata ako pumupulot ako ng mga cats eh. Nagagalit dad ko kasi bawal ang pets sa house. Pero may mga dogs din. May rabbit ako, may duck ako, may chicken ako sa backyard ko. Konti lang, mga 40 plus na chickens, ganun. Tapos dati yung chickens namin six lang. Tapos nangitlog ng nangitlog. Pero hindi naman namin sila balak na paramihin pero dumami sila eh. Dun lang sila, pets sila (laughs). We don’t even eat them. I can’t. How can I eat them like that?” she shared.Arci said she enjoys taking care of all kinds of animals even until now that she’s busy with her career. 'Nandun lang sila sa backyard eh. Kasi nagtatanim rin ako. Gusto ko ng farm eh. Eh meron kaming parang vacant lot beside the house so parang sayang naman so nagtanim kami dati ng dad ko,” she said.
