In a move that can only be described as bold and daring, we tread unprecedented waters with headline-making international singing sensation Charice on the cover of MEGA Man. Looking equal parts sartorial and rugged in dressed up denim from the best of local and menswear and of course, Levi’s (@levis_ph), Charice speaks her truth and we come to know and understand on the most personal level yet. By most accounts, this has never been done before and whatever way the pendulum will swing, this was a move worth taking. Taking liberty and inspiration from the bahani of Mindanao’s Bagobo tribe, we dissect the way of the warrior as both a feared savage and a revered pillar of an old-world community and handsomely decorate them in the best of Philippine menswear. Whatever the case or realization may be, there is one thing we are sure of—we couldn’t be prouder of this decision than we already are. You should be, too. Also this month, we join MEGA (@mega_magazine) in celebrating the power of unity through its #TheNewPH campaign. Sandro Marcos admits resemblance with Charice
International singing sensation Charice recently made headlines for being on the June cover issue of Mega Man Magazine. Netizens have been comparing his looks to that of Sandro Marcos’s, son of vice-presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos.
During the launch of the magazine, Charice told that he isn’t bothered with the comparisons. “Actually I'm afraid na it bothers them,” he said.
Sandro himself apparently thinks that they look alike.
“So apparently we look alike!! Haha respect and more success to you,” Sandro wrote on Twitter.
