"Ngayon it’s much better, it’s bearable 'yung mga ibang that comes with it. Ano it's getting more and more exciting kasi I'm closing in with my second trimester so kaunti na lang. Nagbibilang na lang ako ng buwan," she said in an interview with Push.com.ph during a set visit to Home Sweetie Home.
She said that she has her husband Paul Soriano to thank for being by her side every step of the way which made her pregnancy more tolerable.
"Very supportive [siya] and ano parang these are the times that you would really appreciate having a husband or a partner with you along the journey because they make the transition of everything else, from emotional, to physical, bearable."

When it comes to her career, Toni said that she is open to playing mother roles in the future.
"I guess not just because I'm a mom, as an actress you would also want to evolve when it comes to accepting roles and you just can't box yourself na forever rom-com, forever ganito lang ang ginagawa."
She continued, "I think since now I'm in a new chapter of my life, I'm also opening a lot of possibilities also when I come back to doing movies or shows na yeah I'm open to more mature roles, mature in a sense that it can be mother roles, wife [roles]," she stated.
