Nadine Lustre on James Reid’s reaction to topping FHM poll: ‘He was very happy’

There was an e-mail <i>na na-screenshot na sabi nga, gusto raw po kaming i</i>-feature <i>ng </i>Teen Vogue,” she explained. “I was surprised! <i>Nagulat ako, na-</i>excite <i>din ako. </i>And then, may nag-interview <i>sa amin na </i>Filipino [<i>para sa nasabing</i> magazine].<i> Ininterview niya kami noong nasa </i>Washington D.C. <i>po kami.</i>”</div><div><br/></div><div>Currently, as per the partial count of a men’s magazine, the actress is the sexiest woman in the Philippines. The actress shared, “last year, 40 or 50 something [<i>yung </i>rank <i>ko</i>]. <i>Tapos nitong year, </i>I think, <i>naging </i>9, <i>tapos bumaba, tapos naging</i> 1! So <i>sabi ko, </i>‘wait lang, joke <i>‘to eh! Hindi ako naniniwala.</i>’ I mean, it’s flattering, really<i>, pero joke ‘to! Sabi ko, ‘hindi ako naniniwala,</i> edit <i>‘to.’ Noong una iyon ang iniisip ko, until ipi-nost ng</i> FHM.”</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Hindi siya nagalit,</i>” Nadine shared when asked about James’s reaction. “Well, he was really happy<i>. Sabi niya</i>, ‘wow! That’s cool! That’s awesome!’ But then <i>inisip niya,</i> ‘hmm… FHM, <i>parang</i> weird.’ But then he was really happy about it. ‘<i>Yung</i> tweet<i> niya,</i> that was a joke.’”</div><div><br/></div><div>As to how far the actress is willing to go for the pictorial, “<i>naku,</i> according<i> po sa</i> RM <i>ko,</i> shorts and cropped top. <i>Walang</i> two piece.” Host Boy Abunda clarified, <i>“walang</i> swimwear?”</div><div><br/></div><div>“No, <i>may magagalit po.”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>The love team just released a book entitled Team Real, which serves as a dialogue with their fans on various topics such as beauty and money. They also share snippets of their lives off camera, especially their continuing love story. This includes the story behind the viral video of their fight during the premiere night of the movie <i>Wang Fam.</i></div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Yung </i>reason <i>talaga kung bakit</i> <i>nag-away kami, </i>and then what happened after that fight is in the book, on Chapter 8: Jadine in Love,” Nadine disclosed.  When prompted regarding the reason behind their fight, she let drop, “<i>basta na-late.</i>” To which Boy added, <i>“kaya nagalit yung isa.”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>Hypothetically, 10 years from now, the actress was asked, “<i>sino ang mahal mo?”</i></div><div><i><br/></i></div><div>The actress giddily replied, “<i>tinatanong pa ba ‘yun</i> Tito Boy?”</div><div><br/></div>
