Dolce Amore star Andrew E. is grateful to the Kapamilya network for being given the role to portray a dad to two beautiful actresses, Liza Soberano (Serena) and Sue Ramirez (Angel).
“Ewan ko kung ako mismo hindi makakapaniwalang anak ko ‘tong mga ‘to, you know? Ano bang lahi ko,” he said while laughing during the Kapamilya Chat last June 16.
“Ako’y mapalad mga kaibigan na binigyan ako ng role na ganito,” he added.
Speaking of Liza, the acclaimed rapper also shared what he saw of Enrique Gil’s treatment of Liza off-cam. Andrew first made a disclaimer saying he was not given the chance to work with LizQuen several times and his observation of the two is just based on their bonding in Dolce Amore.
“Para sa’kin before meeting them, hinuhulaan ko na they are the usual love team, which is ‘yung mga nakikita kong love team nung araw (like Romnick Sarmenta and Sheryl Cruz) time namin ‘yun kasi,” he said.
“Hinuhulaan ko na after the camera, maybe they’re a little bit shying away from each other ganon pero discovery wise, nung nameet ko na sila nakilala ko na sila, hindi. They are so playful much different from way back na mga love teams. Playful sila and ‘yung millennial attitude is really there,” he added.
Andrew also wanted to report to LizQuen fans who don’t get to be with them that if they’re already sweet on-cam, “it’s much more than that” off-cam.
“Kung hinuhulaan mong sweet sila, it’s much more than that kasi pag nagkwentuhan sila, hindi yung kwentuhang just trying to be sweet. It’s kwentuhan with play with sweetness as friends and probably things we don’t know,” he revealed.
