Vina Morales on Zsa Zsa Padilla: ‘She deserves to be happy’

<div><img src='' alt='050616-VinaMorales_PUSH.jpg' width='400' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Vina Morales was not able to hide her sadness over news of her friend Zsa Zsa Padilla and fiancé Conrad Onglao’s separation.</div><div><br/></div><div><a href='https://push-data.abs-cbn.com/push/archive/features/64968/karylle-confirms-zsa-zsa-padillas-wedding-will-not-push-through/'>It was Zsa Zsa’s daughter Karylle who confirmed the news to the media a couple of days ago.</a> </div><div><br/></div><div>Vina, in an interview during the Icon Master Class of Ystilo Salon, shared that being dressing roommates with Zsa Zsa in <i><a href='http://asap.abs-cbn.com'>ASAP </a></i>for almost 12 years has allowed her to see the Divine Diva in different stages of her life.</div><div><br/></div><div>“I see her cry, I see her laugh. <i>Sobrang </i>in love and <i>ganon. Hindi ko pa siya nakakausap talaga sa mga pangyayarari,</i>” she began.</div><div><br/></div><div>According to Vina, “<i>Ayokong maniwala kasi ayokong maniwala </i>or in denial <i>pa ako kasi mahal na mahal ko siya eh</i> and I always want her to be happy.”</div><div><br/></div><div>While she admitted that she has reached out to Zsa Zsa through text after learning about the news, she was mum as to the possible reason why the engagement was called off.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>“Nalulungkot ako. Siyempre gusto nating malaman ang katotohanan galing mismo sa kanya. Pwedeng maraming magsabi ng ganito na ito ang rason, ito ang rason eh magkaiba eh. Gusto ko marinig sa kanya mismo,”</i> she stressed.</div><div><br/></div><div>While it seems that Zsa Zsa is not yet ready to talk about the incident, Vina still hopes for the best for her dear friend.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>“Basta ako </i>whatever her decision, I always pray that <i>sana </i>things will be better because I love her. I want her to be happy and she deserves to be happy and I’ve seen her happy with Conrad that’s why I’m so sad,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>Vina, for her part, remains very happy about her love life. In fact, the Born for You actress is very much open about her beau Marc Lambert and their escapades on her Instagram account.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>“Wala naman,</i> no need <i>kasi</i>. Even if I hide it, what’s the point of hiding it? <i>Aalamin at aalamin din naman ‘yan ng mga tao ‘di ba?</i>” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>“So it’s better to be open. There’s nothing wrong <i>naman eh.</i> You should be proud that you’re happy,” she ended.</div><div><br/></div><div>Vina likewise shared that she is set to release a new album and to stage her 30th anniversary concert soon.</div>
