Despite being proud of her son Ian de Leon’s recent heroic deed, veteran star Nora Aunor was not able to keep griping about the fact that her children have yet to visit their uncle.
Nora, in an interview during her return to ABS-CBN for her Maalaala Mo Kaya episode, said that she is very proud that the public was able to see an unknown side of her son.
However, she lamented that there are incidents outside of her son’s heroic act that personally affect her.
Her brother Buboy is a former ‘70s star who has been at the FEU Hospital since July last year.
The 62-year-old actress added that she hopes that they could spare some time for him.
According to Nora, her children have yet to visit her brother ever since he got confined in the hospital.
Kasi sabi ko, buti pa yung ibang tao, natulungan. ‘Yung kapatid ko, ang hinihingi ko lang dalawin pero hindi nangyari,” she said.
Even though she admitted to have neglected him for sometime herself, Nora stressed, “Pagdating sa kapatid ko, ayokong biruin, kasi makikipag-away ako talaga.
