Luis Manzano says he’d rather be friends than enemies with Angel Locsin

Last January, Angel Locsin shared that her relationship with Luis was on the rocks.</div><div><br/></div><div>Read: <a href='https://push-data.abs-cbn.com/push/archive/features/53858/angel-locsin-admits-she-and-luis-manzano-are-not-ok/'>Angel Locsin admits she and Luis Manzano are not ok</a></div><div><br/></div><div>After the press conference of the upcoming game show <i>“Family Feud,</i>” Luis said that they’d rather be friends than enemies.</div><div><br/></div><div>'<i>Ayaw ko nang i-expound talaga kasi nakakahiya sa tao. Masasabihan ako na user. Kumbaga less talk, less mistakes. 'Yun ang sinasabi ng tao sa industriya na ito. </i>Let people say what they want. At this point, we are friends. I don't want to add color. <i>Sa lahat ng mga pinagdaanan namin ay magkaibigan kami,”</i> he said.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>'Siguro for a while [nagkailangan] pero ito, magkaibigan kami. </i>Let's leave it at that. I guess <i>mas gusto namin 'yon kaysa magkaaway kami</i>. So we are friends,” he added.</div><div><br/></div><div>Luis also admitted that his mother, Batangas Governor Vilma Santos was also saddened about the news and that he can’t tell if he’s ready to commit again.</div><div><br/></div><div><i>'Hindi ko alam. I wish I knew, darating din 'yan. Minsan iniisip mo hindi pa ready biglang may darating, or minsan akala mo ready ka na hindi pa pala.</i>”</div><div><br/></div><div>In the end, the TV host said the lesson he learned in his relationship with Angel was to “live life.”</div><div><br/></div><div>'Life's too short not to be lived. I think that's what happened with every relationship. '<i>Yung sinasabi ng tao na kailangan malungkot ka, eh hindi, mahal ko ang buhay ko. Kailangan ba ay gumagapang ako papunta sa trabaho?</i> [After] every relationship, learn to live life.”</div>

Luis Manzano admits he and Angel Locsin have split.
