After almost two years of being together, Coleen Garcia said she remains in awe of how her relationship with It’s Showtime co-host Billy Crawford is just getting better and better.
“Sobrang overwhelming pa din, to me, kasi it’s really nice. It’s hard as it is doing what we do and to know that I have somebody who actually supports me, who encourages me, even on the days na nahihirapan ako, at least napapagaan pa lalo kasi minsan di ba? Kung may kaaway ka bumibigat tapos nawawala ka sa sarili mo,” she said during her recent pictorial with Piolo Pascual and Dawn Zulueta for their upcoming film Love Me Tomorrow.
Coleen was very grateful that she has someone making sure that she’s always on the right track in her life and in her career.
“At least ngayon hindi ako nawawala in terms of where I want go, what I want to do and who I want to be kasi alam niya yung mga gusto kong iachieve para sa sarili ko so he pushes me towards that,” she said.
Recently, Billy proudly shared that he “got the blessing” of Coleen’s dad when they went to the US for a vacation.
To this, the 23-year-old actress was quizzed as to whether she is planning to tie the knot with her 33-year-old boyfriend.
“Not too soon! Hindi pa rin siya nagtatanong sa akin, yun ang importante. Wala pa namang plans, nothing concrete,” she said.
Coleen added, “Siguro soon but not too soon.”
What can she say about the fact that Billy was able to get her father’s approval?
“At least kahit papaano I know that we’re on the right path and that I’m with the right person and right now, that’s enough for me,” she ended.
