Dito nai-share ni Matteo na bukod sa pagiging owner ng restaurant at may iba pa siyang ginagawa dito.</div><div><br/></div><div>'Aside from <i>artista mayroon pa ako isang trabaho,</i> waiter! Literal <i>yan</i> I just gained respec<i>t sa mga mahal natin na </i>waiters<i> kasi</i> it’s not an easy job <i>kaya sa lahat ng </i>waiters diyan, congratulations po!'</div><div><br/></div><div>Malapit na daw sa pamilya ni Matteo ang kanilang restaurant staff lalo na ang kanilang chefs na matagal ng kasama ng pamilya. 'The staff that we have, our cooks <i>nasa amin sila</i>. 25 years n<i>a sa lolo ko pa</i> and they speak the language Italian.<i> Nandoon sila araw araw.</i>'</div><div><br/></div><div>Nagbiro pa nga si Matteo na wala siyang suweldo bilang waiter pero kakaibang experience daw ang mararamdaman ng costumers nila. '<i>Wala pa ako nakukuhang</i> tip.<i> Okay lang may</i> service charge<i> naman sa </i>bill.<i> Masaya kasi kinakausap mo sila nakikipag-kuwentuhan ka, </i>it’s like<i> pumasok ka sa bahay namin kapag nasa</i> restaurant ka <i>namin,'</i> sabi pa ni Matteo.</div><div><br/></div>
