Actor Jake Cuenca recently shared with the press that he and his Irish-American model girlfriend Sarah Grace Kelley have already broken up but they have remained friends.
In one of Jake’s Instagram post, he shared a photo of him with a cigarette in his mouth and his ex-girlfriend asked him through comments if he’s not using vape anymore. Followers of the actor were touched because Sarah is still concerned about him.
Last year, Jake said he and Sarah Grace have quit smoking.
